📅 Booking Terms – Sharm Life Tour Terms

All bookings with Sharm Life must be confirmed via email or WhatsApp. To secure your spot, a deposit may be required depending on the tour type. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for high-demand excursions.

❌ Cancellation & Refund – Sharm Life Tour Terms

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Sharm Life reserves the right to cancel a tour due to weather or safety concerns; in such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

👤 Traveler Conduct & Responsibilities

Tour participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, other guests, and local communities. Failure to comply with safety instructions or behaving inappropriately may result in removal from the tour without refund.

💳 Payment – Sharm Life Tour Terms

We accept payments in cash (Egyptian Pounds, Euros, USD) or via secure online payment gateways. The final balance must be paid before the tour starts unless agreed otherwise.
