Safari 5 in 1 desert excursion £35

Overview

A wonderful trip that gives you the chance to do lots of things in only one trip. It is one of the best things to do, for who that like to combine lots of things in one day; Quad Biking, Camel riding, Bedouin Dinner, Show and Star Gazing.

We will pick you up from your hotel between 3:00 & 3:30 pm to drive approximately 20 minutes to the Quads station. There we will help you folding your head scarf.

After you get some instructions on how to use the bike, safety and security matters, and you may do a test on the quad before your trip “if it is your first time”, then start your adventure into the desert.

We will drive for about 30 minutes, then we stop at a wonderful scenery in the desert for the echo, where you try the echo there with some free time for taking pictures.

Then drive your bike again for another 20 minutes to a Bedouin tent where you rest and drink herbal tea. “they offer other drinks there too like water and soft drinks at extra charge”.

After resting you will go on your camel for about 20 minutes for a special experience, and you will be helped by the Bedouin kids who will look after you and the camels.

You will then drive your bike for another 15 minutes to the bigger tent, where you have your dinner and drinks and watch the show.

You will be served a wonderful dinner by the Bedouins to enjoy under the stars. The dinner is always fresh, and delicious. “soft drinks included during dinner”.

While you are at the tent you have the chance to try smoking a Shisha “Water Pipe” during the show at extra charge. When the show ends, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the complete dark sky.

Before being returned to your hotel your guide will take you out into the dark desert to take a look at the constellations of Orion’s Belt, Polar Star, Ursa Minor and Ursa Major, with lots of interesting information about stars, planets and the moon. He/she will show you the different stars and the shapes made by them.

Then you take it in turns to look through a telescope to see the different planets and skies. It really is an amazing experience.

At the end of the tour you will drive your bike back to the Quads station for about 15 minutes, then the van back to your hotel.

We do not have head scarves, do you sell it there?

Yes sure we do sell it at the quad center.

Do we get to see the sunset in this trip?

Unfortunately we will not get to get a good view of the sunset on that tour because of the mountains that blocks the sunset where we stay during the tour.

Can my son/daughter go with me on my own bike?

Yes sure they can do, and this is better and safer if they are less than 15 years old.
you will then pay for a double bike and not a single bike.

Why do you use the camels for tourists? I really feel sorry for the camels!!

Bedouins love their camels and they look after them and feed them well. And they have been using their camels for the whole time to travel and to carry their stuff.
Camels are meant to be the way of traveling in the past and they still ride their camels to go to their homes everyday after they finish their work with tourists.
It is also a big income for the Bedouins when tourists come and ride them.
